Description

Amazing facility in an artistic New Mexico town is looking for a Permanent Director of Care Management to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of Care/Case Management and leadership experience. A BSN is required and a Masters and CCM Certification are preferred. The Director will have 5 FTE and 2 Per Diem direct reports to start and will report to the CNO & CFO. The selected candidate will receive a generous base salary, relocation assistance, housing stipend for 3 monthsl, and benefits package. Conducting a job search takes time and effort.
