  • Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm with 1:3 weekday and weekend call rotation
  • 1 – 3 surgeries per day
  • Hospital with open heart team
  • IN License Required
  • 2 other first assist providers on staff
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Required skills: vein harvesting, first assist, full scope CVT, ECMO
  • Must be available for minimum one year commitment
