Description

A nationally recognized acute care teaching hospital in New England is seeking a full-time Clinical Informatics Pharmacist to support and optimize medication-use systems within our Epic EMR and other systems. This role is responsible for the build, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of pharmacy informatics and automation platforms, collaborating closely with pharmacy leadership, informatics, and clinical teams. The position supports workflow optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and serves as the pharmacy’s subject matter expert for informatics systems. This is a weekday, day-shift role (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm) with no weekends required. Starts off 100% onsite during training. Once fully trained, the role will transition to 3 days on site 2 days remote schedule each week.

Candidates must hold at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and have two or more years of acute care hospital pharmacist experience, including informatics exposure. A PharmD, residency training, formal informatics education, and experience with Epic/Willow, Omnicell, and related pharmacy automation systems are preferred. Pediatric pharmacy experience, Lean Six Sigma training, and knowledge of regulatory standards are a plus. New graduates and visa candidates are not eligible.
