Join a supportive anesthesia team offering a $220,000–$230,000 annual base salary, with W-2 employment preferred and 1099 options available. New graduates are encouraged to apply! CRNAs will practice in an anesthesia care team model, covering a diverse case mix including general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, ENT, and ECTs. Regional anesthesia is available for those who are interested and proficient. Call coverage includes weekday call Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and weekend call from Friday at 3:30 p.m. through Monday at 6:30 a.m. Call compensation will be discussed directly with candidates. A sign-on bonus is negotiable, and while overtime is not offered due to the salaried structure, the position features an excellent benefits package.
Enjoy 6 weeks of PTO to start, increasing to 7 weeks after one year and 8 weeks after five years of service. Benefits include health insurance with competitive premiums, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The employer also contributes approximately 7.4% of gross wages to a 401(k) through safe harbor contributions and profit sharing, with immediate vesting.
