4 week rotation — 3 weeks clinic, 1 week hospital
Clinic hours 8am – 4:30pm with night call 2-3 times per week
Weekend call rotation with 3 other providers
18 – 20 patients per day for established providers
Gradual patient volume build-up for new providers
Option for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule
Skills include echo, stress tests, holter monitors, TEE and cardioversions
Outpatient clinic and hospital-based practice
