Description

This position involves dual responsibilities as a Clinical Pharmacist and 340B Oversight Pharmacist. As a Clinical Pharmacist, the role includes preparing, dispensing, and monitoring medications for inpatients and outpatients, supervising pharmacy technicians, educating healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and participating in medication therapy management and discharge counseling.

As a 340B Oversight Pharmacist, the individual serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements and maximizing program savings. This includes auditing records and pricing, overseeing 340B software functionality, developing and maintaining policies, and reporting to a steering committee.

The position emphasizes collaboration, clinical service, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement, all within a supportive team environment focused on delivering excellent patient care.
