Full time 7 on 7 off schedule with consecutive Wednesday – Tuesday rotations
Day shift 15 – 18 patients per day with 6 – 12 admissions during swing shift
Shift times typically 7am – 7pm but can vary to include 11am – 9pm, 9pm – 2am, and 4pm – 2am
Hospitalists respond to rapid response and stroke codes
ACLS certification required
