Join a supportive anesthesia team offering a $220,000–$230,000 annual base salary with W-2 employment preferred and 1099 options available. New graduates are encouraged to apply! CRNAs will practice in an anesthesia care team model, covering a variety of cases including general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, ENT, and ECTs. Regional anesthesia is available for those with interest and experience. A sign-on bonus is negotiable, and while overtime is not offered due to the salaried structure, the position includes an outstanding time-off and benefits package.
Start with 6 weeks of PTO, increasing to 7 weeks after one year and 8 weeks after five years. Benefits include health insurance with competitive premiums, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The employer also contributes approximately 7.4% of gross wages to a 401(k) through safe harbor contributions and profit sharing, with immediate vesting. This role provides the opportunity to work across OR cases and OB services within an anesthesia care team model. Twenty-four-hour shift options are also available. Candidates should be aware that the OR/OB schedule requires nights, weekends, and holidays.
